batibul sendiri kepanjangan dari bawah tiga bulan, jadi kambing disini masih sangat muda sehingga dagingnya tidak alot.

jika anda membeli sate , biasanya daging yang sudah dibakar tersebut terdapat arang atau daging yang gosong karena hangus terbakar, tapi disini, sate yang anda beli tidak ada bagian yang hangus, karena di tempat ini dibakar dengan telaten sehingga tidak akan ada bagian sate yang ada arangnya.

kemudian juga untuk sop kambingnya, sop kambing disini disajikan dengan rasa kuah yang mantap dan penyedap rasanya tidak terasa, tidak seperti di tempat lain, kuahnya terasa banyak sekali penyedap rasa. sop kambingnya juga berbeda karena disajikan dengan tambahan kol.

harga 1 tusuk sate kambing adalah Rp. 2600, memang lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan tempat lain atau tukang sate keliling. tapi rasa nikmat sate kambingnya sebanding dengan harganya, sedangkan 1 sop kambing seharga Rp. 19.000 atau jika membeli setengah porsi seharga 11.000
